J. Blake Tate

Blake grew up in Whitwell, Tennessee. He attended the University of Tennessee where he graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. After completing his undergraduate degree, Blake attended the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law and graduated in 2019 with a Juris Doctorate Degree. Blake was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in December of 2019. Over the past five years, Blake has represented Clients across the State of Alabama in areas of criminal law, probate law and family law. Blake joined Brock and Stout in April of 2025, and his primary area of practice is Consumer Bankruptcy.
