Spencer W. Jones

Spencer W. Jones is a partner at Brock & Stout, where he leads the firm’s Personal Injury Department and also practices in the area of Consumer Bankruptcy. A native of Enterprise, Alabama, Spencer has built his career on helping people through some of the most difficult times in their lives. Whether they’re struggling with overwhelming debt or recovering from a serious injury, his practice is guided by a genuine desire to make a difference for his clients and his community.

Spencer earned his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Alabama in 2011 and received his Juris Doctor from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2014. He is admitted to practice before all United States District Courts in the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama and is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
