Everyone was super nice! My appointment was at 8am and I know from experience that it's hard to be pleasant that early but they were all truly delightful from the moment I arrived. Tiffni made everything incredibly easy to understand. Overall they made a very stressful situation a million times better.

Brock & Stout's attorneys, office staff and assistants were very instrumental, they make it easy to navigate the water as it relates to Social Secure and the journey to a favorable resolution. They guided me through the process, especially filing the paper work. I was surprised at how well my attorney knew my situation at the hearing. I met him a few week prior to the hearing he was very knowable about my situation. He and I was able to discuss the plan forward with a course of action for any possible contingency. He also provided coaching on the correct way to address the member of the hearing on the phone ahead of time. Therefore I knew how to address the judge and the court in general.
