11/13 update: Upon me leaving my initial review, an attorney immediately reached out to me. I apprrciate him giving me space to talk about my experience, and he also apologized, which I appreciated. It was just a generic excuse fest, and he talk about opportunities for coaching within and I feel like he’ll follow through. He took his time and broke things down for me. He didnt make me feel obtuse or embarrassed. He was informative, welcoming, and all-in-all a great person with whom to speak. I feel confident in next steps. Thank you, Mr. Jones. — My initial experience prior to filing was fine. Emma was available, helpful, and informative. Things went downhill immediately after that. The folks are short, and they make it feel like they’re being bothered when they have to explain all the jargon they throw at you. I only spoke to the attorney once, and that was in my initial consultation. When you need to speak to a specific person, in many instances you have to leave a message and hope they call you back (in my case, I still have not received a call back). I’m still confused about what’s going on with my case, and the folks act so peeved that I don’t want to deal with the attitudes to even ask. I’m just going to make my payments and trust that it’s okay. So yea… Emma is great (which is why I gave two stars instead of one). That’s about the best I can say. At this point I just wish I would have gone to a smaller, more personable, people-centered, trauma-informed practice.

Ongoing help with my unreasonably delayed disability claim. I probably would have given up by now, had I not had these guys fighting for me!!
