Everyone was very helpful and understanding and let me know that I wasn’t a lone and it wasn’t anything to be ashamed about. They made me feel very welcome. Anytime I called, I either got right thru or they called me right back. Also, because of my work hours, they were willing to stay a few mins late to help me. Kim was the one I had the most involvement with and face to face. She was fantastic. Katie was just on the phone or email but she was also fantastic. So far I have received excellent service. Any questions I have had they have answered promptly and every associate I have spoken with has been gracious and pleasant to deal with.

While in the midst of a financial and emotional crisis I didn't realize that most of my deisions were effected by my stress. I only considered the day to day bills and expenses. However, once I completed the intake process that stress disapeared. After the inatake process was complete I had a very good idea of the process of bankruptcy, my part in it, the creditors parts and my attorney's actions. At once, the entire matter was under control and I felt empowered again, and the days ahead something to look forward to again.
