Good people but they could be a little more understanding

We were treated with respect and kindness! The paralegal, April Mills, who worked with us was absolutely OUTSTANDING! She was knowledgeable, efficient and patient. April explained everything to us in great detail making sure we understood each step of the process. Furthermore, every time I emailed or called her, I received a prompt reply. In conclusion, April made us feel at ease and her kind, gentle, sweet personality was much appreciated by us!!!!
