Everyone here has been so kind and understanding during my experience with them! I had some complications and the attorneys went well out of their way in attempts to make sure Everything was sorted out. I had to drop my first case and April Mills was assigned to my new one. She is very kind and helpful. when I began to have a minor breakdown over some specifics of my case, She made sure to talk to me in detail about what was going to happen and how it would better my life. They call and check on me and stay in touch often, especially when my first go round was so complicated. Very great team of people here!

I have been working with Misty Bailey and Heather for over 2 years as my health situation was changing as I spent 1-1/2 years in 4 different hospitals for a spinal infection where none could get the antibiotics correct to treat the infection. Every Neurosurgeon conducted the same Ct’s mRI’s etc. and then didn’t treat me correctly. Well as you know the Hospitals and Surgeries piles up as well as the fees and they sold their collections knowing I was still in the hospital for over a year !!! They were relentless in their collections efforts and then I reconnected with Misty Bailey and now Brock and Stout are helping me out of this nightmare to start living again ! I had 50 different bills from various medical institutions and they have done a wonder job !

I was extremely nervous when I first came in, but they helped put my mind at ease. I don't have an extraordinary case, just another poor guy with credit card debt and minimums I could barely pay, but they've taken good care of me. Shout out's to Lisa, shes awesome.
