Heather was phenomenal throughout the entire process. From my very first call to the office when I spoke with Amanda, all the way to the final steps, their team went above and beyond. Heather took the time to answer every question with care and made sure I fully understood each part of what we were doing. Her attention to detail and clear communication made everything so much smoother. I can’t say enough about how outstanding their service was!

My husband and I were very pleased with everyone who assisted us during our process. The first appointment was our consultation. Our meeting was full of information on what to expect and what was needed from us to get things started . Sydney was available to us for all of our questions. She even made herself available on the weekend to get our paperwork done. I also would like to give a shout out to Heather. She made our signing process enjoyable by putting our anxieties at ease as she went over the paperwork with us. We are really grateful to all who work at Brock and Stout!!
