Update: Spoke with Spencer he was very helpful answered all my questions about my case. I really appreciate the time and patience he had with me. it's been one roller coaster after another. I went from chapter 13 to 7 which still isn't over. I started the transition the beginning of the year within the time my case was discharged because it wasn't filled on time so we had to reinstate. Then after reinstatement I had to go to court again which was expected but when afterwards no one seems to know what's going on with my case. I spoke to my attorney that really seem to have an attitude because I wanted to know what is going on with my case. I'm still waiting for discharge and May almost over.
