Ms. Heather Oates is a great paralegal. She is excellent at her job and very knowledgeable to the T. This office has been nothing short of amazing. The second you walk through the door the vibes are immaculate! They answer any and every question you may have and it truly feels like they have your best interest at heart. The only complaint I have about them is their office is extremely cold lol.
