As this was an incredibly stressful time for my family and I, Kylie Hwang was so understanding. Kylie was patient and compassionate. She listened and answered all of my questions. She told me what she was doing next and sent updates while going through the process. I greatly appreciate her attention to detail and the kindness she exhibited while working on my case. Though all of my encounters with the people at Brock and Stout were positive, Kylie out shines them all.
