I'm not going to lie I'm still nervous about the whole process, but as far as the staff goes I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Mrs Kim took her time explaining everything to me and help calmed my Anxiety all the way through. Mr Spencer didn't hesitate hear my story and help me understand that I am human and things like this happens to the best of us. I would recommend this firm to everyone in need of their specialties.

Right now I’m very dissatisfied!! I was told one thing and received something different. When I asked about it, I was told maybe they misspoke. I find that very unprofessional, and now feel like you all are dishonest or at the very least not communicating amongst each other. Hopefully my upcoming appointment with the attorney will help rectify this situation that has left a bad taste in my mouth. I knew things were going too smoothly, so it had to be too good to be true. Just my luck Beth, my intake worker was amazing. If that counts for anything. *** Update: I appreciate Spencer for calling me back and answering all my unanswered questions. He definitely settled my doubts and reassured me that everything is ok. This is not an easy process, and communication is key!
